The Ninth Jan. 6 hearing had bombshells and videos; and e-mails, and electronic documents, ending with a Congressional Subpoena for the disgraced former President.
It was a recap, and it was filled with new information and Bomb Shells.
Boom. Boom. Boom.

Secret Service e-mails.

Last Hearing?
In conducting the Jan. 6 Hearings Congress sought to investigate why and how the Insurrection happened.
Mission accomplished.
They succeeded. It is now up to the U.S. Department of Justice to hold criminals accountable.
If Republicans win control of the U.S. House of Representatives in November, they will kill all attempts to investigate Jan. 6 in Congress. They will try to block attempts to hold anyone accountable.
That is not Congress’ mandate. Congress investigates and refers criminals to law enforcement agencies.
Congress’s job is to change the laws as times change. And we, the people, wish.
They work for us. Something Republicans have forgotten as they move deeper and deeper away from Democracy into the abyss of anarchy and toward Oligarchy.
Like Russia. Like China.
The end of Democracy. Unfathomable. But something Russia and all of our enemies have been trying to do. They are now being done or undone by an old, spoiled, rich boy who had a bully for a father.
Not Hitler. Trump.
The BOTH Had fathers who were bullies; you know the parallels don’t end there.
Here is my summary of Hearing number Nine from the House Select Committee on the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
- Unanimous Committee Vote to issue a Congressional Subpoena to Former President Trump to answer questions and share documents regarding his involvement in planning the attack on the Capitol.
- Video of Speaker Nancy Pelosi calling on the National Guard, asking the Governor of Maryland and Virginia to help.
Background:
Republicans, one by one, had attacked Speaker Nancy Pelosi. They accused her of Not calling for Help, for Not calling out the National Guard.
And one of the Congressmembers who had attacked her was standing right next to her when she called on the National Guard.
The Committee also showed:
- Proof that Trump’s plan to declare victory was months in the making. Trump and his supporters plotted all along to deny losing.
Why did Trump do nothing for so long on Jan. 6?
We now have the answer. He wanted riotors to succeed. He was okay with Pelosi and Pence and others possibly dying.
If they were dead or the riotors succeeded, he could authorize the Insurrection Act.
Background:
The Insurrection Act of 1807 is a United States federal law that empowers the President of the United States to deploy U.S. military and federalized National Guard troops within the United States in particular circumstances, such as to suppress civil disorder, insurrection, or rebellion.
The Secret Service
Newsly aqcuired messages show the Secret Service knew of the coming violence on Jan. 6.
The F.B.I. and the Secret Service reieved intel and tips that there would be violence on Jan. 6. And that, there would be Trump Supporters “intimidating Congress and invading the Capitol building.”
How do we know this?
The committee received more than 1 million e-mails, electronic records, and recordings from the Secret Service shortly before the ninth hearing on Thursday, October 13.
According to Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren, the Secret Service dumped these records on the committee, and the staff worked night and day to go through them.
And they found evidence that the Secret Service knew about the plans to attack the Capitol and did not alert Congress.
They did not alert other Law Enforcement Agencies!
In Cahoots!
They were all in it together.
I have been obsessed with this.
When I watched the Insurrection on Jan. 6, I repeatedly asked, where is the extra security? Where was the intel? Why were’t we prepared?
Now we know the Secret Service and the FBI are’t totally incompetent. So Agents were complicit!
