Here is what we know.
Trump will fly to NY on Monday. Stay overnight at Trump Tower.
He will turn himself in to authorities on Tuesday morning with his attorneys and secret service detail.
Special arrangements will most likely be in place because he is a former president.
Once in the building, he will be booked. That includes:
Being handcuff. He will not be handcuffed.
Being fingerprinted. He will be.
Mug shot. There is now reporting that there will NOT be a Mug Shot.
At 2:15, Trump will appear for Judge Juan Marichan. The indictment will be unsealed, and the charges will be read.
He will enter a plea of guilty or not guilty.
Then he will go home. To await trial.
According to reports, Trump is facing 30 felony counts.
The indictment is SEALED. So we don’t know. But one of the charges is likely to be a violation of New York penal code 175.10, falsifying business records in the first degree.
That’s what happens in the short term. Long-term. Stay tuned.
