Supreme Court, DOMESTIC ABUSERS and Guns
The Supreme Court Domestic Violence and Guns The Case that Haunts me

The case that haunts me.

The United States Supreme Court just ruled that Domestic Abusers, who have had a Restraining Order Issued against them, have no rights, under the Second Amendment to possess a firearm. This was a startling victory for women, from a Conservative Supreme Court that has loosened Gun Restrictions in the last couple of years.

When I read the decision, I immediately remember the case out of Sacramento, California that ended in the deaths of five people, including three young, beautiful girls. Would this ruling have help the Gutierrez Sisters? We don’t know. What we do know it might help future victims.
